Kenneth Milton Miller Sr. 73, of Westminster Kenneth M. Miller Sr., 73, of Westminster, died Friday evening, Dec. 15, 2000, at his home after an extended illness. Born May 31, 1927, in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Milton W. Miller and Mary E. Stonesifer Miller. He was the husband of Elnora Jean Baugher Miller, who died March 17, 2000. He retired from the Carroll County Roads Department. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing and camping. Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth Miller Jr. and Caroline Miller of Manchester, Scott and Charlene Miller of Littlestown, Pa.; former daughter-in-law Darlene Zeiler of Westminster; brothers Sterling L. Miller, Junior W. Miller, Stanley E. Miller and Earl N. Miller, all of Westminster; sisters Arlene M. Lippy of Taneytown, Alta E. Cotingame and Virginia E. Shorb of Westminster; and three grandchildren, He was predeceased by a grandson, Jamie L. Miller, and brothers James and Truman Miller. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Myers Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster, with the Rev. Scott A. Sager officiating. Burial will be in finder's United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the charity of one's choice.
