Mrs. Ethel Heinsen
Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel Heinsen of Jamestown will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Eddy Funeral Chapel and interment will be in the McHenry cemetery. Mrs. Heinsen died Nov. 16 at Central Dakota Nursing Home.
Born July 19, 1891, in Hubbard County, Minn., Mrs. Heinsen was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Wetherell. She attended school in area and married John Heinsen on Oct. 2, 1922, at Hubbard, Minn. The couple lived in McHenry until 1949 when the family moved to New Rockford. They came to Jamestown in 1957 where the home has been since. Her husband died in 1939. Mrs. Heinsen had resided at Central Dakota Nursing Home since October, 1976.
She is survived by three children, Earle Heinsen, Fort Worth, Tex., Mrs. Roy Siebert (Lois), Jamestown, and Gayle Heinsen, Mandan; one step daughter, Mrs. Dora Eggleston, Warwick; and 16 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one son, Lyle.
