Ms. Margaret Ann Shanks Anderson, age 62, of Crockett, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 at her residence. Margaret was born January 7, 1952 in Crockett and was a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University. She was a school teacher having taught Special Education for 22 years and a member of the Baptist Church. Margaret enjoyed quilting and an avid San Antonio Spurs fan.

Funeral services for Ms. Margaret Ann Shanks Anderson will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 10 a.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Richard Gillette and Rev. Winston Coons officiating. Interment will follow in the Latexo Cemetery.
