Friedman, Richard L. Age 82, of Canton passed away Wed. morning in Aultman Hospital.
He was born in Canton, a son of the late Leo and Helen Weaver Friedman, and was a life resident. Richard retired in 1992 from The Bowdil Co., after 49 years service, where he was a machinist. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Canton, American Legion Post #44, and VFW Post #3747.
He served in the U. S. Marine Corps during World War II in the Pacific Theatre.
Preceded in death by a sister, Mary Alice Friedman. Survived by his wife,

beloved dog, Mitzy. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Paul's Catholic Church in Canton with Msgr. Lewis F. Gaetano as Celebrant. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 p.m. at the Formet-Clevenger & Gordon Funeral Home.
