Mr. Hancock was a rancher all his life and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Ruby of Wickenburg; children Irene Jensen of Salt Lake City, Utah, LaVerne Chandler of Bakersfield, Calif., Beverly Homer of Boardman, Ore., Dale Hancock of Roy, Utah, Labretta Wilkes of Mission Viejo, Calif., Alvin Hancock of Wickenburg, Ruby Mason of Salt Lake City, Cory Hancock of West Haven, Utah, Pamela Briggs of Salt Lake City, Forrest Hancock of Magna, Utah, Marty Hancock of Wickenburg, Greg Hancock of Flagstaff, Denzlo Hancock of St David and Levi Hancock of Peoria; three sisters; 82 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation was held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Wickenburg. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with burial following at the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery.
