Born Feb 2, 1908 in Solsberry, she was the daughter of Joel and Minnie Fleetwood Starnes. She was a homemaker and a member of the Union Church.
Her son was Larry Burch of Solsberry; her three daughters, Carol Shelton, Margaret Burch and Linda Johnson, all of Solsberry; two sisters, Edith Sparks of Bloomington and Lucile Sparks of Stanford; six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
Her husband, Claud Burch, died before her. She had one brother, one infant sister and three half-brothers passed on before her.
Burial at Solsberry Cemetery.
