Agnes Eileen (O'Shaughnessy) Slade was born on July 15, 1923 in Cadott, WI. She was the daughter of Paul and Susan (Gillitzer) O'Shaughnessy.
Eileen passed away on December 25, 2005 at the Prairie Maison Care.
She married Thomas Snell in May of 1946. He preceded her in death in October 1959. She later married Henry Slade and he passed away in 1971.
Eileen worked at EM Company in Prairie du Chien for 24 years until her retirement in 1985.
She is survived by two daughters: Joanne (Joe) Prew and Ellen (Tom) Shinko; four sisters Margaret (Omar) Koopman, Jen Hermsen, Kay Breuer and Ann O'Shaughnessy, as well as two grandsons and two great-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, a brother, Peter, and a sister Betty Sue Boylen.
