WINNSBORO (Special) — Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Mason Brooks, 86, who died Sunday in Rosalie Nursing Home in Wisner after a brief illness, were held at 2 p.m. today in Mulhearn Funeral Chapel in Winnsboro.
The Rev. H. B. Kramer officiated and burial was in Boeuf Prairie Cemetery.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. M. G. Myers and Mrs. C. M. Hyde Sr., of Shreveport, and Mrs. R. A. Brown of Wisner; two sons, S. C. Brooks of St. Louis, Mo., and W. A. Brooks of Rayville; three sisters, Mrs. Edgar Myers of Columbia, and Mrs. George Clark and Mrs. Walter Rather of Baton Rouge.
Pallbearers were John Ross, R. W. Wooldridge, M. L. Mason, John M. Rather, Cecil B. Mason and Kenneth Mason.
