Nora K. Ford, 95, of New Port Richey, Fla., passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014, at Melech Hospice Center in Tampa, Fla.
Nora was born on Jan. 26, 1919, in Indiana to Guy C. and Evelyn (Cassady) Houston. She was a graduate of LPHS class of 1936.
She came to New Port Richey from Taylor, Mich., with her husband, the late Raymond J. Ford.
She was a member of Magnolia Valley Association and The Women's Magnolia Valley Golf Club for many years. She was an avid golfer and accomplished two hole-in-one awards. She enjoyed playing cards and entertaining.
Nora was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters. Survivors include two sisters Marilyn Allison of Milton, Wisc., Patricia Kellems of La Porte, Ind., and many nieces and nephews.
