Funeral services for Jett Brown, 80, of Livingston, Texas, were held in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.
Military honors will be provided by the VFW Honor Guard Post #8568. Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.
Mr. Brown was born July 23, 1933 in Polk County, Texas to parents, Charlie Monroe Brown and Panola (Moore) Brown, and passed away Sunday, December 29, 2013 in Livingston, Texas.
He worked as a sand blaster and pipe fitter for South West Fabrication and Welding Company and was member of the Soda Baptist Church in Livingston, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He is preceded in death by parents; brothers: Willie B. Brown, Marlin C. Brown and Wade H. Brown; sisters: Ollie Brown Brown, Mae Brown Rogers, Dewey Brown Smith and Novie Kervin.
