Services for Mrs. Aurora Janecke, 68, of 950 24th Ave., Rock Island, who died yesterday in her home, will be held at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon in Wheelan Funeral Home with the Rev. C. H. Rohlfing, pastor of Church of Peace, officiating.
Burial will be in Rock Island Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 today.
Mrs. Janecke was born June 20, 1885, in Montreal, the daughter of Francois and Flavia LeDuc, she was reared in Corary, N.D. She was a resident of Rock Island 36 years coming there from North Dakota.
She was married to George Janecke Aug. 24, 1910, in Devils Lake, N. D. Mrs. Janecke was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America and the Evangelical Church of Peace, Rock Island.
Survivors include the widower; two sons, Duval, Rock Island, and Clair, Matherville; a daughter, Mrs. Lois Street, Viola; a sister, Mrs. Mary Louise Rutten, Los Angeles, Calif. and 10 grandchildren. Her parents preceded her in death.
