Eugene Richard Sadler, were held on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, Louisiana, Reverend Joe Sharp officiated. Interment followed in Natchez National Cemetery, Natchez, Mississippi. Mr. Sadler, age 75, of Alexandria, entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 05, 2014 in his residence. He was a U.S. Army Veteran stationed in Germany with the MP. He was a member of Anchor Baptist Church, Tioga, La. He was a member of the D.A.V. He was retired from the Council on Aging after twenty years. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Lillian Sadler. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his Wife of 55 years of Alexandria; His Three Sons and Daughters-in-law; Three Daughters and One Son-in-law; One Brother of Friendship, N.Y.; One Sister of Houston, Texas; Fifteen Grandchildren and Fourteen Great Grandchildren.

Services were under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.
