CATHERINE ANN "KITTY" SMITH, 54, of Tampa died Saturday in Tampa. A native of Philadelphia, she moved to Tampa from West Palm Beach in 1977. She was a homemaker and employed with Wal-Mart, and a member of Temple Heights Baptist Church in Tampa. She is survived by her husband, Fred D. Sr.; two sons, Arthur L. Yates of Tampa and Eric N. Yates of Norfolk, Va.; a daughter, Brenda Belyeu-Allen of Hollywood, Fla.; and a brother, John M. Watson of Lacoste, Texas.
