Services for Mrs. Addie Mae Griggs, 82, of Lufkin will be held at 230 p.m. Saturday in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J. O. Lawler and Rev. Edmond Gray officiating and burial in Glendale Cemetery.
Mrs. Griggs died Christmas morning. She had lived in Angelina County most of her life and was a member of McKindree Baptist Church.
Mrs. Griggs was preceded in death by her husband, Press, and two sons, Lonnie and G. H. Griggs.
Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Louise and Gordon Brashear; daughter and son-in-law, Billie and Travis Allen; son, Murph Griggs; brother and sister-in-law, Walter and Savannah High; sisters-in-law, Maude Griggs and Ruby Griggs; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
