Blaine Ross Cook Will Be Missed Blaine Ross Cook, age 37, of Highland, Utah died Sunday, February 23, 2003 after a long battle with complications due to diabetes. He was born July 21, 1965 in American Fork, Utah to Marvin R. and Mern Ross Cook. He was the youngest of five children. Blaine graduated from American Fork High School. He married Velina Wilkinson on June 1, 1981. They lived in American Fork until 1993 when they built their home in Highland, UT. They have three children. He is survived by his wife, Velina of Highland; daughter Chantelle Cook, Cedar Hills; sons, Trevor Ross Cook and Kyle Blaine Cook, both of Highland; one grandchild, Chloe' A. Cook; parents, Marvin and Mern Cook of Highland; brother, Brent (Jackie) Cook of Highland; sisters, Carla (Steve) Zimmerman of Lindon; Kathy (Mike) Calahan of Kearns. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 27, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the Highland Strasburg LDS Chapel, 6000 W. 10400 N., Highland. Friends may call Wed. from 6-8 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 E. 100 N., American Fork; and Thursday at the church for an hour prior to the services. Interment, American Fork Cemetery.
