She was a daughter of the late Ernest and Amelia Lykins Adams born in Rogers, Kentucky on January 6, 1934. Betty is survived by one son, Stephen Smith (Kathy) of Paint Lick, Kentucky; one daughter, Pamela Bryan (Lamar) of Madisonville, Kentucky; one brother, Wendell Adams of Greenwood, Indiana and two grandchildren, Chris Smith and Corey Smith (Breanna). She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Walter Smith; her parents, Ernest and Amelia Lykins Adams; two brothers, Don Adams and Ray Adams and one sister, Arvella Creech. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
