John was married first to Mary Kitzmiller on 12/25/1827; after her death he married Isabell Lee in Hardy Co., WV on 9/20/1860.

Bio. Note, per information on FamilySearch.org (June 2022):
His father is recorded as Adam Aronhalt, born in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany in 1750 and died in Hampshire County, VA (WV) in 1820. John's mother is listed as Nancy (Leix) Aronhalt, who was born in Adams County, PA in 1759 and also died in Hampshire County in 1820. Adam and Nancy were married in 1786.
