Cecil was the son of Bert and Mabel West. He married Ila May Shoemaker in Feb. 1929, and they were the parents of four children. Ila passed away and he marrioed Marietta Stillwell, who survives him.
He is survived by faher, Bart of Iowa, sons, Robert, Cecil Jr., Frank and Charles., a step daughter Sharon Cash , Rothville, Mo.
