"Jennie" was the daughter of Clarence Anton Baecht and Myrl Gowin. The family lived in Grafton, Jersey County, Illinois. Her father worked as a fireman at the local gunpowder mill.

Jennie became ill with measles in January of 1931. She developed pneumonia and passed away at the age of 1 year, 8 months and 22 days old.

Jennie was buried on 10 Feb 1931. Her gravemarker was made for her by her youngest brother, Robert J. "Bob" Baecht.

She was survived by her mother and father. The Baechts moved to Texas in the 1940's.
