Harvey Abbe, 88, passed away Sunday, Nov. 26, 2006 in Duluth. Harvey was a World War II veteran, and a lifelong member of Operating Engineers local 49. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marion. Harvey is survived by two daughters, Linda (Gil) Morales of Lawton, Okla., Karen Williams of Superior, Wisc.; son, Gerald (Janice) Hall of Duluth; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday Nov. 29, 2006 in First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 4100 Grand Avenue, Duluth (218) 624-5050. There will be a visitation one hour prior and a reception following services. Military honors accorded by the Duluth Combined Honor Guard.
