A longtime resident of Monitor, she and her husband took on the John Deere Tractor and Implement line at the General Store they owned in Monitor.
Born near Grand Junction, Colo., she moved to Oregon with her family in 1905 nd married L. D. Lenon in 1908. They were married until his death in 1974.
They held half interest in the Jensen and Cook General Store until they bought out Flora's brother, Jim Cook, and took over the store. She was present at the ribbon cutting ceremony when Lenon Implement Co. in Woodburn opened.
She was active in community projects in Monitor and was instrumental in establishing the community's grade school.
Survivors include her brother, a grandson, a granddaughter, Tamara Wulf of Salem; and four great-grandsons.
Priate entombment will be in Mount Crest Abbey Mausoleum in Salem.
