William C. "Bill' Anthony, age 78, of Stockbridge, died March 15, 2014. Bill retired from the Atlanta Gas Light Company after 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by his brother, John Gordon Anthony. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, June; sister, Elizabeth Anthony of Lavonia and Patsy Williams of Hartwell; nieces and nephews, Chip Kelley, Kristi Kelley, Alida Baker, Brenda Fulbright and the late David Powell. A funeral service will be held 11 o'clock, Tuesday, March 18, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Rogers officiating.
