Born in Meadville, Beverly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Fort Wayne, Ind., where she served as a volunteer as a funeral dinner attendant and was a member of their Seton Society. She was also a member of Christ Child Society of Fort Wayne and Sarasota, Creative Arts Club in Bluffton, Ind., and an active volunteer with Women's Care Center. She enjoyed gardening, floral arrangements, knitting, arts and crafts and genealogy.
Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Donald McArdle of Fort Wayne; children, Robert (Jennifer) McArdle of Fort Wayne, Patrick "Chip" (Diane) McArdle of Lenexa, Kan., Lynda (Brock) Rittenhouse of Fort Wayne, Mike (Julie) McArdle of Dayton, Ohio, Mary (Michael) Ramirez of Jasper, Ind., David (Nancy) McArdle of Bloomington, Ind., Ann (Eric) Salek of Madina, Ohio, and John (Christina) McArdle of Fort Wayne; 29 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and brother, John Garbark of Pittsburgh.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Eleanor Garbark; brother, Bob Garbark; and sister, Connie Smock.
Calling hours are at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. with a Rosary service at 7:45 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial is at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church with calling one hour prior.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
