MYERS CHARLES KENNETH
Of Cloverleaf Estates West, age 75, died at 12:40 AM, Thursday, February 19, 2009 at St. Clair Hospital. He was born August 22, 1933 in Roaring Springs, Pennsylvania, the son of David Paul Myers and Romaine Pressel Markey. He married Lois Ann Replogle in 1959, who survives. In addition to his wife he is survived by two children, René E. (Alan) Latta of McKees Rocks and Kenneth (Raylene) Myers of Richmond, VA; three grandsons, Jason (Michele Koch) Myers of Richmond, VA, Nicholas (Kelsie Bradberry) Myers of Richmond, VA, and John Latta of McKees Rocks; two brothers Glen (Donna) Myers of Bedford, PA and Dale Suiters of Broad Top, PA. He graduated from Replogle High School in 1951 and Juniata College in 1955. He served in the Army at the Army Chemical Center in Maryland from December 1956 to December 1958. He worked for the Department of Health in Bedford County, sold Real Estate for John Hill in Altoona, and worked for Magnus Chemical and US Airways. He retired form US Airways in 2004. He is a member of the South Hills Lodge #761 (Masons) and was a member of Carnegie Presbyterian Church in Carnegie. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Friends welcome at 2828 Washington Road, Peters Township, 724-941-3211, Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Services will be held at the funeral home Monday 10 AM. Interment in Forest Lawn Gardens. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society , 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
