OBITUARY-

AUSTIN --

Constance Elaine Baxter, 67, an Austin homemaker, died Wednesday (Jan. 18, 1995) at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.
Constance Elaine Brooks was born Feb. 7, 1927, in Austin and lived here most of her life. She was married and later divorced.

Survivors include six daughters, Sherry Wells, Susan Engler, Michele (Mrs. Michael) Morehouse and Lynne Shada, all of Austin, Marcy Kuntze of Faribault and Lorry (Mrs. Jeff) Nystrom of Estelline, S.D.; a son, Micheal of Austin; 30 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Tom Brooks and Guy Brooks, both of Delaware, and Jay Brooks of Garden City, Mich.; and two sisters, Joyce Merkely and Mari Josephs, both of St. Paul. A sister and a brother preceded her in death.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Worlein Funeral Home Chapel here, with the Rev. James Grothe officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery in Austin.

Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the funeral home.
