Mrs. Mary Stanford Cramer, 76, wife of Peter J. Cramer, of 1523 Quincy Ave., Falls Church, Va., died Sunday afternoon at her home in that city.
She was born in Montague, Aug 23, 1881, the daughter of the Rev. Francis B. and Ina Ladd Stanford. She received her education in Verona schools and was a graduate of the Oneonta State Normal School. Mrs. Cramer taught for several years in Verona area schools.
On Aug 15, 1906, she was married to Mr. Cramer in Verona.
Mrs. Cramer was a member of the Methodist Church.
Surviving are her husband; two sons, Norman S. Cramer, Arlington, Va., Francis C. Cramer, Newark, Delaware; two brothers, Walter Stanford, Clarks Mills, and Willard Stanford, New Hartford; also four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday at the Whitford - Edkin Funeral Home, 322 Washington Ave., Oneida, with the Rev. Willis E. Danks, pastor of the Verona Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in the Verona Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 to 9 P.M.
