Alicia Benavidez Bosquez 89, was called home by our Heavenly Father on Friday, February 28, 2014 surrounded by her loving family by her side. She was born on March 16, 1924 in Goliad, Texas to Andres and Cleotilde Perez Benavidez. Alicia was a homemaker, a Catholic and a lifelong resident of Robstown, Texas. She was a loving and a caring mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

Alicia goes home to reunite with her parents, Andres and Cleotilde Benavidez; her loving husband, Teodoro Bosquez, Jr.; her brothers, Andres Benavidez, Jr., Adan Benavidez, Alberto Ramon Benavidez and Baby Daniel Benavidez; her sisters, Aurora Mireles, Amanda Garza, Amalia Castillo, Adela Garza, Anita Ybarra, Angelita Benavides, Antonia Isaac, Adelia Escobar and Maria Hernandez whom preceded her in death.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories, her loving children, Ricardo (Cordelia Yvette) Bosquez, Teodoro B. (Yolanda) Bosquez, III, Alicia (Rolando) Aguilar and Luis Bosquez; her brothers, Adolfo (Isabel) Benavidez and Abel (Olga) Benavidez. Alicia was also blessed and adored by her 12 grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Holy Rosary will be recited on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 7:00 PM at Ramon Funeral Home Chapel in Robsbtown, Texas. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Robstown, Texas. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
