Milek Wiruth, son of Martin and Frances Wiruth, was born in St. Joseph, Mo., on May 17, 1877, and died October 15, 1949, at the age of 72 years, 4 months and 28 days.

In 1899, he moved to a farm near Munden, Kans., and 14 years later they bought a farm in Washington county, where he lived until his death.

Mr. Wiruth was a member of Kansas Farmer lodge No. 52, Western Bohemian Fraternal association in Cuba.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister. Survivors include three brother, Edward of Cuba, Wesley of Haddam and Victor of Texas; four sisters, Mrs. Josefine Cleveland of Cuba, Mrs. Emilli Sedlacek of Morrowville, Mrs. Ella Bouska of Haddam and Mrs. Helen Potter of Washington, other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church in Cuba and interment was in Kopsa cemetery.
