Elmer Goosey, Jr., age 68, of Worrells Road in Irvine passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington after a long illness. He was born September 16, 1945 in Madison County and was the son of the late Elmer, Sr. and Pearl Conner Goosey. He was a roofer and had lived in Estill County most of his life.
