Edith Lorene Hendricks, 56, of Detroit Michigan, formerly of Trigg County, died Wednesday, November 26, 1975 in Detroit. She had been in declining health for several years.
A native of Trigg County, she was born October 28, 1919, the daughter of Carloss Blane and Inez Mitchell Allen. She had three siblings including one brother, Noble D. Allen and two sisters, Alma Wade Alexander and Milladean Tyler of Trigg County. On September 6, 1942, Lorene married Bingham Loyd, "Pete", Hendricks, son of Warren C "Teen" and Lola Vallie Stephens Hendricks. They had one daughter, Donna Hendricks who married Gary Mannix of Detroit, Mi. and has one daughter. Lorene was a member of the Methodist Church.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 28, at Goodwin's Funeral Home in Cadiz with burial in the Little River Cemetery.
