Davis Buxton is buried in the Bethel Cemetery however he has a tombstone but it is no longer readable. The record I have is from the cemetery records which had his birth and death information. Davis is buried beside Lewis H Buxton to which you can see to the right. On the left side of Davis is Hannah his wife.

Davis Buxton died at Midway on the 19, from the effects of a stroke of paralysis which he sustained some three years ago. He lived on his farm in Jefferson Township until last winter when he moved to Midway. He was almost 75 years of age. His remains were interred in the Bethel burying ground, Jefferson township, on Monday.
