DAUGHTER OF FIRST STATE JUDGE DIES

SANTA BARBARA, August 17, Mrs. Francisca De Le Guerra, 82, daughter of Don Pablo De La Guerra, first district judge of California, after it became a state, will be buried here tomorrow.
Funerals services will be conducted from the old mission, where her grandfather, Don Carlos De La Guerra, commadant of the early Presidio worshipped.
She died early yesterday.
