Bruce Karl Dodds

Born June 19, 1949, in Long Beach, CA, Bruce passed away February 12, 2014, in Newcastle, CA after a brave battle with cancer.

Bruce was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend. He leaves behind his wife Marcia, son Neil, daughter Ali, mother Nettie (McAllister) Dodds McCall of St George, brothers Larry and Don, and sister Darla Helske. He was preceded in death

by his brother Dale and his father Glynn of Panguitch.

He was raised in the Citrus Heights area and attended San Juan High School, Sierra College and Chico State College where he earned a degree in Industrial Arts.

He had incredible skills and talents in numerous areas of life. His passions included flying, organic gardening and family activities.

He was a talented and intuitive Bowen (acupressure) Therapist, finding relief for those seeking his services.

He made many friends over his lifetime and touched the hearts of many. His time with us was too short and he will be greatly missed.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, March 1st from 11am-1pm at his home, for family and friends. If it rains, the memorial service will be held at the LDS chapel 287 Poet Smith Dr. in Auburn
