Services for Mrs. Ross (Frieda) Schaub, 71 who died at her home in Detroit Friday night will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Stackus Funeral Home Rev. Duane Ferris of the First Presbyterian Church will officiate and interment will be in Maple Lawn Cemetery.

Born Frieda Hetzel on November 18, 1896 in Petoskey, she graduated from the Petoskey High School and the Petoskey Hospital School of Nursing.

She served in the Army Nurses Corps in World War I and was a member of the American Expeditionary Forces in France.

She married Ross Schaub in Detroit Noevember 25, 1923.

Mrs Schaub was a member of the National Organizatin of World War I nurses and the Michigan Board of Nursing.
Also the Ragan-Lide Post American Legion No. 13 in Detroit.

Besides her husband she is survived by two brothers Fred Hetzel of Mt. Clements and Ernest of Ortonville, Mich. and one sister, Mrs Lyle (Matilda) Wakeman of Petoskey.
