Irene was born to Virgil Ezra Hickle and Thelma (Earp) Hickle. After high school Irene married J. B. Ashley. She was a homemaker and took wonderful care of their two children.
Irene is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband of many years J. B. Ashley in October 2003.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be at Euchee Valley Memorial Park in Cushing, Oklahoma at 1:00 p.m.
