She was born in Milwaukee, Wis. She graduated from Katharine Gibbs School. She was a member of DeWitt Community Church and its Women's Senior Ladies Association.
She was a past president of DeWitt Women of Rotary, and a member of Corinthian Club and Cavalry Club.
Her husband, John H., died in 1967; a son, Thomas, died in 1974.
Survivors: A son, John H. of DeRuyter Lake; nine grandchildren.
Services: Private. Burial, White Chapel Memory Gardens.
