There is a marriage record dated 1918 for Mary Elizabeth Bates and Owen W. Sealock. Mary had never been married before and he was a widower. In 1923, there is record that he married a Clara Knox, citing he had been married twice before. It's possible Mary & Owen got divorced. I've not found information on her marriage to a Harper.
