Artist. A highly regarded impressionist painter and a member of the National Academy of Design, she won many awards and her art is in numerous museums and private collections. Raised in New Orleans, she pursued training in art after the Civil War. Her art included miniature portraits on ivory before adopting the impressonist style of painting for the rest of her career. She worked in New York City and the Cragsmoor artist colony until she returned to New Orleans around 1926. Her funeral was at Trinity Church (Episcopal). Burial was at Metairie Cemetery according to her death certificate.
She was related to the Todd family of Louisiana.
