STERNER--On January 30, at 7 P. M., of membraneous croup, Mary R. Sterner, daughter of Henry and Emma Sterner, aged 7 years 9 months and 4 days.
Funeral today from the parents's residence, 113 North Hartley at 1 o'clock. Interment private at Kreutz Creek cemetery.

The record states that Mary died on January 31, 1897 in York of croup (2 days), aged 7 years, buried in Kreutz Creek on February 1, 1897.
