Born in Oconee County in 1914, Mrs. Mason was a homemaker and a member of Westminster Baptist Church. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Survivors include a number of nieces and nephews.
Her husband, the late Waymon Otis Mason, parents James Franklin and Della Pickens Singleton, brothers Ulric P., James Phydell, Vivian F. and Clifton Singleton, and sisters Lois Rothell, Cecil Elrod and Musette Holland precede her in death.
Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, August 15, 2007 in the Chapel of Sandifer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Nazareth Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hospice House of Anderson, 1835 Rogers Rd., Anderson, SC 29621 or Hospice of the Foothills Foundation, 390 Keowee School Rd., Seneca, SC 29672. The family is at their respective homes.
