W. Otis Mason, 87, of 207 Isundegast St., died Monday, March 18, 2000.
He was featured as a chauffeur in the movie "Climb the Highest Mountain" driving his personal car and had admiration for railroads, steam engines, and antique cars. He was a US Navy veteran of World War II and of the Christian faith.
Survivors; wife, Beatrice Singleton Mason of the home; sister, Addie Garner of Anderson.
Visitation: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at Sandifer Funeral Home, Westminster. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Monday in Nazareth Methodist Church Cemetery.
Wife: Beatrice Singleton 11 Jun 1914 Oconee County, South Carolina--12 Aug 2007 Westminster, Oconee County, South Carolina--daughter of James Franklin Singleton and Dora Adelle Pickens.
