She was survived by her husband; three children: Foster Pittman, at home; Bertha "Bird" Pittman of Johnstown; and Gloria Venet of Windber; one grandson; one great-grandson; and one sister, Nellie Sarver of Manns Choice.
She was preceded in death by one son, David Pittman; five brothers: Thomas, James, John, Robert and Frankie Strait; and four sisters: June Chaney, May Steele, Kate Barton and Savannah Neal.
Mrs. Pittman attended Shermans Valley Brethren in Christ Church and was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, knitting, crossword puzzles and working in her flower gardens.
Burial was made in Shermans Valley Church Cemetery.
