DIED – the Times is called on to chronicle the death of another pioneer settler of this vicinity. On Friday night last, John Boyle, who for a number of years made his home with John McHugh, of Chilton town, passed away. Mr. Boyle was a native of the state of Ohio and was at the time of his death about 72 years of age. He came to Wisconsin in 1854 and purchased a farm in Chilton town which is now the property of Wm Schafer. He has resided in this vicinity ever since. For a few years past he had been in poor health and a severe cold which terminated in quick consumption caused his death. The funeral took place, on Monday from St. Augustine's Catholic Church. On brother, Moses Boyle, of Milwaukee, survives.
