Funeral services will be held at Melancon's Funeral Home in Nederland on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Kyle Trahan officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2014 at the funeral home.
Angel is survived by her father, Bob Costilow of Nederland; mother, Sandra Mitchell and husband Michael of Nederland; sons, Jake and Josh Elmore, both of Port Arthur; sister, Shannan Costilow of Nederland; and brother, James Wills of Port Neches. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Audrey Costilow, James R. Costilow, Donald Bescher, and Mary Ann Wills.
