Rosey Mae Cantwell, age 80 of Alpena, Arkansas was born October 8, 1933 at Lindsay, Oklahoma to Jess and Edna (Smith) Barnes and died January 27, 2014 at her home.
Memorial service was February 1, 2014 at Alpena First Baptist Church with Pastor Freddie Blevins officiating. Cremation and arrangements were handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
Rosey was a homemaker and worked on her farm.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Claud Cantwell; infant daughter, Loretta Elizabeth Cantwell; brother, Jack Barnes; sister, Lucille Jones; an infant sister; and a granddaughter, Lacy Jo Cantwell Durant.
Survivors are her sons, Wes Cantwell and wife Debra and Les Cantwell of Alpena; daughter, Claudia Cantwell also of Alpena; sister, Betty Copeland
Service: Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, at Alpena First Baptist Church;
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at Coffman Funeral Home, Harrison.
Sister: Betty Jo Copeland of Wilson, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
