George W. Potter, Jr., 54, died at his home near Winnsboro Wednesday morning. The funeral was held at Boeuf Prairie church, Fort Necessity, this afternoon, with the Rev. O. L. Tucker officiating. Interment was at White Swan cemetery, with Mulhearn Funeral home in charge.
He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Miss Marie Edith Potter; one brother, W. A. Moore, Fort Necessity; one sister, Mrs. W. E. Moore, Sr., Fort Necessity; and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Potter, Sr., Winnsboro.
