Antoine is the son of Claude Bouchard and Louise Gagne. He was baptized on 25 October 1682, in Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre. He married Marie-Madeleine Simard dit Lombrette on 20 November 1704, in Baie-St-Paul, Quebec. They are the parents of the following (verified with PRDH):

3) Catherine (1709-1710)
4) Antoine (1711-1776) md Jeanne Gagnon

Per PRDH, he was buried in Petite-Riviere-St-Francois on 24 June 1759.

Supposedly, Antoine died in the woods outside Baie-de-St-Paul, when the inhabitants fled and hid from the British troops.

1759 June 24th
Antoine Bouchard, 77 one of the first cultivateurs [farmers] at Baie-St-Paul, died in a cabin in the forest, where he and other residents of his parish had taken refuge as the English approached. (Quebec) Register)
