He was born in New York, resided in La Mesa and had lived in the county for 30 years. He was a construction worker in the pool plastering business. He belonged to the Royal Order of Moose Lodge 796 and served with the Army during World War II. He also was a veteran of the Navy as a young man.
Surviving are his wife, Norma; sons Jack K. Wilson, Rollin J. Wilson Jr. and David M. Wilson; daughter Sharon L. Westman and one granddaughter.
