Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the First Baptist Church in Delhi, with the Revs. W. A. Dearman and Dr. John Gibson officiating.
Interment, under the direction of Gay's Funeral Home, will be in the Delhi Masonic Cemetery.
The body will remain in the funeral home until 1 p.m. Monday, at which time it will be taken to the church for services.
Mr. Russell is survived by his widow, Mrs. Virgie Russell, Delhi; three sons, R. L. Russell, W. L. Russell, and E. L. Russell, all of Delhi; three [two] daughters, Mrs. Minnie Ray, Mrs. Annie Collins, both of Delhi; three brothers, Lee Russell, Shamgar Russell, both of Delhi, and Alton Russell, Phoenix, Ariz.; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ralph Blackwell, Roy Snider, Jodie Smith Sr., W. W. Terry, Herschel Morris, R. B. Region, H. P. Tharpe, Harry Adcock.
