The funeral service for Mr. Clarence Brown of Nashville, Ga., who died December 7, 1994 at Osceola Nursing Home, was held at the graveside in Riverbend Cemetery in Irwin County. He was 69.
The deceased was born April 28, 1925 in Polk County, GA. to E. J. and Lola Mildred Gladden Brown. A former employee of Amoco Fabrics and Fibers Co. of Nashville, he had lived most of his life in Nashville, moving to Ocilla in February 1994.
He is survived by one sister: Sarah Ashbury of Sarasota, FL; two nieces: Zema Whitley of Ocilla and Brenda Thomas of Nashville; three nephews: Steve Brown and Paul Brown, both of Alapaha and Kenneth Brown of Tifton.
